old lady get's taken advantage of

58 old lady has been given loans on her car from the finance company to fix vandalism. catalytic converter was removed, wire harness, gone. and many numerous things wrong. The lady was not knowing what to do about the car had to ask for more money to have running vehicle and the loaned on the car id way well over what it’s worth. Around 20,000.00 and I think the interest is over a 100%. What is the statue for them on lending her more money than the car is worth? the lady is on SSDI and I believe that the loan company lent her to much and is now taking advantage of her.

I believe that the man that she was living with the same man raped her and abused her. When she left I believe that he had someone go and steel her car. I can’t prove it.
